Hiking Camedo to Intragna let the train climb for you

The terrain is not the most difficult but the length is what makes it a challenge but people can choose to travel by train through the beautiful scenery.

The way from Camedo to Intragna is enchanting and magical spans approximately twelve kilometers. It is recommended that the trip is planned in between the months of April and October, in order to exploit the full potential of your journey.

The hiking route starts from Camedo Centrovallina and moves towards the quiet village of Borgnone. From Borgnone village, it meanders through the woods to end up at Mill’s Park or Parco de Mulini. This park reflects the history of the region with many ancient structures and monuments. Next comes the village of Verdasio which is recognized as home to some unique architecture. The buildings here are worth noticing and interest many people. Further onwards, through a up-and-down route you go through Slogna, Case Cavalli and Costa.

Then you go to Pila which hosts some really old houses and then towards Intragna, where you can visit the Bell tower and take a crack at climbing it too. The Ethnographic Museum of Centovillani and Pedemonteis also situated here. You can access the train to end your journey from the different entry points along the splendid route.
